Using movements & soft belly techniques we will begin to give our internal organs an active internal massage supporting the stomach, large and small intestine, liver, & kidneys, heart & cognitive focus.
Understanding the Sympathetic & Parasympathetic Nervous System we will activate the internal rest and digest.
Learning the Limbic System we will understand the Fight, Flight, Freeze, Faint automatic body responses and how to support our cognitive focus from this mechanism.
Gain information on how we feed each one of our cells through vibration, music & dance.
Learn the benefits of body tapping & waking up the internal functions.
Gain mindfulness meditation practices to support in lowering blood pressure, balancing thyroids and aiding in a good nights rest.
Find inspiration and practices to support & overcome anxieties, stress, intrusive thoughts and help awaken the functions of internal organs, the heart brain, stomach brain & chakras. Drawing with pencil & pen, using bio feedback, and guided meditation practices we will group together as 8 on zoom & in person.
Imagine there is a gate that opens every time we bring our attention to our body and breathing. This gate allows good chemicals to process through the brain and body. Healing transmitters like dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin flow through the body giving healing to our nerves, hormones, internal organs, our cognitive focus. Giving the body what it needs to help guide us in having a nights rest.

Color Selection coming from Rosie the Riveter, the Cannery (now old Ford building) and the Wonder Bread factory. Giving unconditional love and hugs towards our babies. May the sweat, blood, tears and laughters coming from the movements of people be heard and cared for.
