As a meditation practitioner who was diagnosed with fibromyalgia & heavily medicated, I no longer rely on medication as of 11 years due to focused breathing practices, movement, sweat & art. Creating good healing everywhere I go.
Imagine there is a gate that opens every time we bring our attention to our body and breathing. This gate allows good chemicals to process through the brain and body. Healing transmitters like dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin flow through the body giving healing to our nerves, hormones, internal organs, our cognitive focus. Giving the body what it needs to help guide us in having a nights rest.
